It's not only about the relationship with these two actors characters but Gleasons characters relationship with his immediate family. It's a beautiful movie. It's Scifi, it's Romantic, it's dramatic when it needs to be. A great film that flew under the radar of lots of folk. Highly recommended.

This would be my recommendation of most underrated film of all time! Of course, I love Rachel McAdams like nobody's business.... This was my first sighting of Domhall and I immediately went back to see anything he was in before and watched everything since. As much as I really liked everything else either of them was in, this movie with both of them in it, is something truly special - and perfect for their personalities. I wish the writers would come up with some additional content and twists and concepts just so they could make a sequel where we could see this couple together again.

oh me oh my ! This happens to be my all time favorite film. Bill Nighy has the mannerisms wit and whimsy of my dad, Domhnal is superb and Rachel McAdams, gosh darn it, is just as sweet, gracious and has a voice which is the spitting image (voice ) of one of my favorite girlfriends. In fact I contacted her after I saw this and said she was "the one that got away". She was flustered ! haha, Anyhow I love this film because no one, no one, is ever unkind to any of the other cast members . Alcohol produces consequences but the setting on the sea, the house, everything was. light pleasant and ultimately . Kind !!! the babies at the end was not overly sentimental just plain old glorious. Thank you all , for this sublime gift

If I could pick any day that isn't before my birth (April 89) it would depend on which movie time travel rules we're using, if it's like this film they're promoting where when I go back im just inhabiting the body of the me of that time or like Back to the Future and present time me physically goes back and there so there is two of me. If it's BTTF rules I'd go back to like march 1994 and try and keep Kurt Cobain alive and then just stay in that timeline as like my younger mes guardian angel while also saving people that went to soon.
