So happy to hear that others would rather watch movies they love over again then try something new. I fall into that group. As far as Mr. Gleeson here I was obsessed with Brooklyn for a time and have watched it too many times maybe? Nah. Love that story and cast!

I was so happy to hear him say he likes to rewatch films that make him happy than to watch something new. Yes! Brooklyn is one of those films for me. Also, love the Coens. Like his father this guy has it, whatever that 'it' is to become the character he is playing.

Oh my gosh that’s so weird, I’m also Irish and roughly similar age and for some reason I also had a very strange reaction to ET as a child, like it really scared me, I saw maybe a brief bit of it on tv as a child and it really scared me, I didn’t watch it until a couple of years ago, like I was really scared of ET the alien itself. Strange. I think something like that gets seared into your brain a kid and has a strange affect on you, I’ve never come across anyone else who has had a reaction like that to that movie.
