At 5.04, if someone is interested, there is another move recently more "modern", so instead of moving bishop they do kf6. I believe it is called the Tartakover Variation, in which you get double pawns but for more dynamic situation, and it's used mostly recently in 2000+ elo but also for beginner is interesting. In this variation i believe you should never change the white bishop, but my knowdledge stops at that 😅

I really like your use of describing the individual missions of pieces as it breaks down so well what the opening is trying to do without forcing folks to memorize lines. If you memorize a line but have no idea what the pieces are doing when they're moved and why theyre moved to one square over another, what is the point of learning the opening? You're bound to get dunked by someone who knows what they and you are doing and how to counter you. You earned a subscriber, it'd be awesome to get a breakdown of other openings as well, maybe something as common as the Queen's Gambit or the London. Again, I know the moves but why they're made still eludes me a bit.
