It was pretty easy for me when I played UK bc I had France and Germany as my allies but France left but then Portugal invaded me but then he got Karma back and Germany and I defeated Portugal and I took Latvia and almost USSR

Ngl playing as UK is easy for me since im used to it and the factories really help also you should not use your money on tanks or anti since it will better to have pure infantry for me since they are like OP but for late game i sometimes use tanks before so focus on infantry before getting others but it's my tip and you prob use different tactics

i just use tanks and anti tank for the troops since UK has so much manpower. With more troops it's easier to defend the land you conquer since your mainland fills up very fast

What I do is just Naval invade France,invade Iberia and then the Nordics,at that point you like have 200-250 factories. Yeah UK is op. Yiu just need to go through Naval landing pain.
