For echoes, use Thundering memphis for 4 cost active ability with crit main stat Electro damage on both 3 costs And attack on both 1 costs for a 4-3-3-1-1 config. Ur damage comes from ur ult and heavy attacks and skill(outside ult) so get crit subs followed by liberation damage boost, heavy/skill damage boost, basic damage boost/attack, having some ER is nice See, it aint that deep Just put electro set on electro character 🗿

PSA: there's a secret shop at the Tiger's Maw that takes Lumpenlamp ores rhat essentially has the same mats as the forgery AND a 4 star weapon selector box. Idk if its available right away but you might have to do the quest chain in that area!

FYI for the 100% completion (Which most people will do once you get to lv 30 and echo level 18+, you can use the map and exploration tab to see what is left to explore per area. This is big for completion. It helps you figure out where the caskets that you are missing are at.

Did you know. Tl;dr: Crit Rate > Crit DMG Crit Rate has a higher value than Crit DMG in Wuthering Waves. This is due to the vast amount of dmg sources in WW. There is 10+ DMG Sources. Skill, Heavy, Basic, Element, Liberation DMG Bonus & DMG Deepen. Deepen =/= Bonus. Reason for Crit Rate > Crit DMG, is due to the big amount of dmg bonuses in WW, creating big base dmg, thus pushing the value of consistent crits even higher. Another reason is that, without a Crit Rate mainstat 4 cost, a crit rate weapon and said character not giving any crit rate through their skill tree. You can at best hit around 45~55 Crit Rate and at worst, 38..., where 55 Crit Rate is max roll crit rate substat on every piece. Max Crit Rate substat = around 10.5, Max Crit DMG = around 21. While if you are using an echo with crit rate mainstat. Its 67~77 and at worst, 60-ish CR. This ends up being a very big dmg increase, as even without a crit dmg mainstat echo, weapon and skill tree, you can still hit 200+ (effectively double dmg when crit) and max being 255(effectively 2.55 multiplier when you crit). Conclusion: Crit Rate > Crit DMG in most situations. Can differ dependent on character and the weapon they use. I.e: Havoc Rover with R6 gets +25% Crit Rate.

Try just dodging and grappling at first to see what attacks you need to watch out for ( attacks that hit above that can’t be grappled out of ) for enemies you need to fight multiple times. It’s very difficult to dodge as you learn because of attack animations that get you hit

My tip... dont waste resorces on 4 stars, instead lvl your 5 stars (1 from ticket, 1 from random starter banner roll and one from 80). Once you hit Ar 33, the game xp will seriosly slow down and so far i only had enogh materials to lvl Mc, Jianxin, Encore and Verina to lvl 60 (and still working on talets, but waiting for ore to respawn so i can buy them). You get enogh xp from chest drops to get your *artifacts* to 5x20 max on 4 characters, but not much more (unless you do harder stuff). For a weapon, try to use 4 star ones you get from starting rolls. (this all depends on luck) If you cant get a good one, do the mine quest, farm up ore and buy the weapon box for 1 character. For rest you will have to kill weekly boss to get weapon crafting mats and make a weapon. Also spend some time and farm up hard bosses once you reach at least 17 on research. It can be boring, but you only gota farm up 3 good ones for now. (epic or legendary doesnt realy matter at that point that much) And final tip --- remove all the echos on your characters. Now go 1 by one and lock only good ones. Move those on all the characters you already own as best in slots. Now just auto-add echos in your databank and spam them. Lock good ones and keep destroying bad ones. After you are done, move the better ones on characters and unlock anything less than epic. Now get rid of those :D Bonus tip --- you are not forced to use only boss type ones. If you are bored you can just swamp them with lower tier ones and have fun with those. Bear one is pretty strong. Excarat is immune to all damage for 8 sec and you can abuse this to dodge anoying boss mehanic. Traffic Illuminator can be used to stun and interupt enemy big attack.

There are material shops that are in the smaller hubs I know the Lumby Mine the mine with blue rocks and a large elevator. The shop owner accepts Lummystones for weapon materials and for 80 stones you can get a 4 star weapon.

One tip i have is that echoes scale off ur characters stats, including their crit stats. So having high crit rate means more crit for ur resonator but also more for ur echoes.

Guys, I just realised we play as a hologram in wuwa - here's why: You can time stop by entering menu, so that even your skill or consumables cd freezes - but the boss respawn time still ticks - which means while for a boss many years could have passed, you wouldn't age even a second. And such phenomenon is actually only possible due to time dilation - as long as you move at the speed of light, on menu, time seems to stop for you. But such speed can be reached only by massless particles. Photons in this case, cause we are visible and only the light particles are visible to an eye. So we must be a hologram, cause that's what a shape made of light is called.

The one problem with illusory realm that me and others keep running into whenever we try it is the fact that ping spikes generally happen so much more in this area, to the point where you will be stuck for 10 seconds straight or more, resulting in your character dying if you're up against a boss enemy or you're far into the run. I really hope they fix this 🙏

I love playing on Controller, can't stand mouse and keyboard to play this game. I went from reactions being slow for dodge and parries, Now I am more on time or early which is mind blowing, Kind of feels like my M&K are some how having issues like input lag or something. Getting better definitely has made my life way more exciting, Swapped out hp on gear sets for Attack% crits and so on. There is a 120lvl glowing red enemy that took me 35mins to beat, Which never happened before When I finally kicked his ass I was excited thinking oh this going to be a gold echo, nope Dropped a blue I went WTF, perhaps the drops get better if you kill him faster but I don't know. But never the less It was exciting to see my progress. From being like I want to avoid him all together to Let's try many many times, To ok We have the damage I know his timing let's do this and actually getting him down.
