This will always be a classic for me. It was my first "real" roller coaster and I don't regret it. I still remember my crying on the way up and laughing my butt off at the end.

Sounds like me when I rode Fahrenheit for the first time at Hershey Park. Tried not to cry, cried and then once it was all over I was just bouncing around in my seat and wanting to ride it again.

I don't hear people talking about this ride nearly as much as it seems like it deserves--it tends to get overshadowed by I305 and Volcano at the same park. Maybe because it was imported from the defunct Geauga Lake and plunked down at the edge of the parking lot with no discernible theming... but it looks like a great ride.

It's a B+M floorless coaster, so yeah it's fantastic but there's tons of them. i305 and Volcano(rip) are special rides not in any other park.

Lol that was too funny!!! My one friend kept screaming the same thing on SooperDooperLooper when we went to Hershey Park, she says "I love roller coasters." We put that to the test and when she freaked over SDL I was like and you love coasters....riiiight! But she actually liked SDL by the end, and the same with Sidewinder, she screamed "I'm gonna die, I'm gonna die!" I spent that whole ride up the chain laughing. She ended up chickening out on Storm Runner, where I rode it and got off the ride crying, I literally thought I was going die once I got off that. I was in a daze and my chest was hurting. All I remembered of that ride was the recorder saying "Get ready. Here we go!" and the ride was over...my conclusion was that I blacked out through all of the ride except for the final inversion where I started to cry and felt really weird.

i always was scared of “not breathing” or anxiety and things like that but obviously you get nervous in the beginning but honestly i loved it. it was my first real roller coaster and it was amazing. you do not feel any of the loops . my advice is just scream, and have fun

Well it was all from the original layout. Lol. They just want it to stand out since it is the fifth (actually I think it got bumped down to seventh) tallest vertical loop in the world. When it first opened in 2000 it was the tallest.
