Cuz its takes alot of money and long time for the hacker to be able to get alot of cash, and by that time ether the player has lost cuz he spent alot of money on it or the hacker got killed. By some gla hidden infentry.

hackers die too easy. GLA can have toxin air drop, and the splash damage really exceeds the normal borderline.
