Dominic Raab hails 'historic moment' as ICC issues arrest warrant for Vladimir Putin

The International Criminal Court (ICC) has issued an arrest warrant for Vladimir Putin over the abduction of Ukrainian children.
Dominic Raab, the Justice Secretary, has praised the move, calling it a "historic moment".
Mr Raab went on to urge Ukraine’s allies to step up the search for proof of Russian war crimes to aid the investigation.
