Hi guys, we are hesitating between Punta Cana and the Samaná area, he hear it's likely to rain every day in the July season in Samaná as apposed to Punta Cana. Could you tell us to what extent that is true? Did you find the beach area/green zones and the variety of restaurants and food satisfactory enough in this hotel? Thanks in advance!

Which airport did you fly in and did it take you 2 hours to get to the resort?

We flew into Santo Domingo and yes it did take 2 hours. You can do a private shuttle or take a public bus as well.

We are flying there direct on Air Transat from Toronto, Canada and we land in Samana airport, only 20 minute drive from resort.

The meals looked appetizing and was well presented, like food art. I love DR and had visited twice. The first time I stayed in Santo Domingo and the second time in Santiago. I enjoyed both cities. Santo Domingo has a beautiful botanic garden. Thanks for sharing this lovely video. Always appreciated. 😊

Be careful with the salmon bro….that wasn’t wild caught salmon….that salmon was farm raised and fed food coloring to make it look pink that’s why it’s light pink….wild caught salmon is deep pink…sockeye salmon

Atlantic salmon and sockeye salmon are different colors in the wild. But if they told you it's sockeye it should be deep red. If it's atlantix more orange. Farm raised non colored Atlantic salmon is grey
