Dominion and Fox News reach $787.5 million settlement

The judge in Dominion’s defamation lawsuit against Fox News announced that the two sides have reached a settlement on the day both parties were to begin opening statements in court. NBC News Correspondent Emilie Ikeda reports.

Because it's completely legal to lie, it's only illegal to lie if you are doing it to intentionally destroy the target of the lie. Fox didn't report the election lies because they wanted to destroy Dominion which would be illegal. Fox news repeated the lies for ratings which is legal.
