Yes for low budget it is very, very well made. Color grade, sound, acting ... all of it. And I work in the biz!

These movies plus unknown vehicles that visit our planet, used to trigger depressing feelings in me. However after learning that we are all eternal beings through the works of past life regression hypnotherapists, an expression of one being in existence, fear was gone. Not only did I learn that but also that any species that achieves interstellar travel also has already learned who they are at a planetary scale and that knowledge is the source of their interstellar travel technology. Such a species is nonviolent for violence against others is against oneself at that level of existence. Dr. Steven Greer and his colleagues has dispelled much fear against real extraterrestrial contact and putting it very clear that cattle mutilation is being done by human counterintelligence groups within military industrial complex that think they can make more money if there was an interplanetary war of some kind. They are basically greedy and silly because money is worthless and no one takes it home when the body dies. What they don't know is, we are creators and we all participated in creating universes plus everything in them and we are part of everything in existence.

Despite my concurrence that intelligent life minimally exists in our galaxy (much more so when referring to the known universe) and that interstellar travel occurs regularly (a flurry of which vising Earth), I dare say that the assumption that all of those who are advanced enough to possess this technology are necessarily "nonviolent," as you put it, is somewhat exaggerated. Hopefully, one of those does not belong to our secret set of regular visitors (if any)... Yet nothing is really impossible, except perhaps for impossibility itself! PostScript: After watching the beginning of this movie, it becomes clear that its plot derives from one of many contemporary "conspiracy theories."

I'm sorry but the music being played as a requiem at the end is a tune recognised by millions of Brits as the Hovis tune, bad selection.
