Commenting early so maybe it was mentioned but for Lore nation interaction. It is mentioned in the late age Ind splinter nations lore that Ind was destroyed by T'ien Ch'i between MA & LA probably as a reference to the Mongolian Empire and Genghis Khan so those two definitely interacted also LA Bogarus mentions that some of their interest in Astral magic is derived from interacting with T'ien Ch'i scholars and mages so there is a little interaction

TC follows historical China in its interaction history with the outside world. The only nation before LA that has significant interactions with TC is Shinuyama. China historically didnt do much outside world interaction until the 800s.

​@@akunokami1290 It really doesnt, espeically if you dump 25 PD per province. I KNOW that Babel does not like doing that since he finds it VERY inefficient. I get that. However, MF does spawn the constant barbarian/knight/vampire attacks, but these are entirely at random. Tanking temp scales or taking death scales immediately impacts your income. That can easily be crippling at the start. MF doesnt really get going until like turn 10, giving you time to build up and improve your position before it starts impacting you.

You can also try to mitigate misfortune some by taking order, or getting units with fortune/fortune teller.
