I see that you are using thru dominoes in your drawer box construction. I'm using more and more thru dominoes in my projects because they are so much easier to glue up and assemble. They sure are good looking drawers.

In your build, since your faceframe is essentially the front of the the box, do you need to adjust the measurements of the drawer box sides to compensate?

David H Just watched this on how you make plywood drawers. You put marmoleum on the face of the drawer but what adhesive did you use ? I am making similar drawers and want to face with Forbo Desktop. There are so many different adhesives !

I think it's Forbo Furniture Linoleum. Not sure though! I would love to see the process he uses in detail. I have been struggling with it a little but getting there. For example, how he fits it exactly in the assembled shelf at 5:44, what glue and technique he uses for the fronts at 5:49, how he works on the edges at 6:00, and how he does the routing at 6:22. Glue goes pretty well for me but the edges are always a struggled. flush trim bits on the router press the part linoleum into the edge and that is hard to get out. I sand it and it works but not perfect process. His edge looks clean right after routing. Just some of the struggles...

Ps: he says it's laminate not linoleum. Now I am curious which product he uses.

At 6:25 in the video, are you using a cordless palm router? It looks like a Bosch but I wasn't aware they made one, thanks for the great build videos! Thomas

Yes its a 12v Bosch . great for small trimming fast and easy to handle
