You are seriously an inspiration... I did a lot of hardwork before and lost 13 kgs but you know *Double cheese Margherita* 😂😭.... And gained more than half of it again but I am doing my Weight loss journey again and this time along with weight loss, I am trying to improve my tolerance and resistance of not eating when spoting literally anything edible and full of grease😭... But it is hard this time. I lost my weight before because during pandemic we were not allowed to even step foot outside and all shops and restaurants were closed but now everything is in full swings... And my family's a jerk especially my sister. She eats delicious things every other day and even knowing that I am on a strict diet she eats it right infront of me and when I was fat she was the one that called me "Fat" the most. Then after sometimes she be like *You are cutest thing ever. Don't get thin.* ....I am like *Ya ofcourse!!! So that you could humiliate me more? Hard pass*

@Sans love I am not the right person to ask this!! I gained all that hard lost weight back on as soon as the pandemic ended lol😂 but now I don't want to lose weight and I will lose weight slow and steadily at my pace!!

@Sans no no no!!! Don't ever fast!!! Eat healthy foods!! If you don't like oats and you can't eat it then you can grind 100g of oats and make a powder from it, mix in 4 tbsp of wheat flour (aata) but never add any refined flour (maida), a bit of honey or sugar free for sweetening and low fat milk and make a batter... Then out of that make pancakes... Then stack the pancakes decorate with fruits like banana strawberries etc and some honey(optional), I used to eat those for breakfast they were really good and never made me guilty that or a protein shake with protein powder, banana, honey and low fat milk or poha, or boiled egg salad sandwich(mash the 2 boiled eggs with 1 tsp of yogurt, salt, pepper, chopped onions and green chillies and make a mash. Add two slices of brown bread and make a sandwich and enjoy and I used to even eat Kellogg's special K with low fat milk sometimes as well. This I ate after I drank a glass of warm water with Lemon juice in it and did some yoga, did some walking, squats, leg raise and knee raise. This was the morning routine. Afternoon was chill, lunch was chill. I ate anything my mom made like rice dal, fish curry, chicken curry, egg curry or paneer curry with some sabji and salad but I avoided things like butter masala gravy, deep fried stuffs etc that my mother made sometimes. Don't restrict yourself from eating everything I never did. Just avoid eating grease(I ate my lunch around 3 pm)... After that around 5 pm, I did some more exercise. I did 30-45 mins of walking, lifted some dumbbells (yes I invested in two 2.5 kgs dumbbells each) you can lift them as you want there is no rule, did 100-200 jumps, did some squats and did some more yoga... After that I did my other house chores or just lazed around and in dinner... I either ate vegetable pancakes (In bowl take 1 cup wheat flour, add in your fav veggies finely chopped, add salt, pepper and red chilli powder and add water and make a batter and make your pancakes) or Roasted vegetables with any sort of protein (In a pan, add I tbsp of olive oil and saute any sort of vegetables that you like. Then add in some pieces of paneer or marinated chicken and saute. Sometimes I just sauteed the veggies and had a boiled egg on side)... After that I sat for 20 mins with the legs tucked behind. And after that I did 100-200 jumps, drank water(you should drink water before and after every meal) and went to bed. I hope it is helpful. I gave you some of my weight lose recipes as well. I was thinking of making a video of it on my another channel as well 😂
