[BAKING INSTRUCTIONS]
OTG/Convection: Preheat at 190°C for 10 min. Then bake for 12-15 min.
Kadhai/Cooker(No whistle & gasket): Preheat at medium flame for 10 min. Bake at medium flame for 30-35 min. Might take more or less time depending on the size of parcels and your kadhai/cooker.
[INGREDIENTS]
Activate Yeast:
1/4 Cup Warm Water
1 Tsp Sugar
1 Tsp Dry Yeast
*You can use my no yeast pizza dough recipe if you do not want to use yeast*
Dough:
1 Cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
1/2 Tsp Mixed Herbs
2 Tsp Oil
Salt as per Taste
Filling:
2-3 Tsp Oil
1 Tsp Chopped Garlic
1 Small Chopped Onion
1 Small Chopped Tomato
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
2 Tbsp Chopped Capsicum
2 Tbsp Sweet Corn
1/2 Tsp Oregano Spice Mix
1-2 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
100gm Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
Salt as per Taste
Assembly:
Some Mozzarella or Processed Cheese
1 Cheese Slice
