Domino Wars - Challenge 1

ZC Toppling and Miracle Whip Dominoes have started a competition called 'The Domino Wars' (2020), with a new challenge each week.
The first challenge is to build a 6 by 6 3d pyramid as fast as you can, knock down time included.

What's up with those red dominoes? Why don't they topple properly?

I think it was just where I was pulling them out from, and one I bumped first too so it helped locked together. That or the spacing was too close, but I was trying to have close but not too close spacing. I started pulling the other corner out after those I think.

Was almost too lazy and didn't participate in the first one. I didn't watch what others had done already, so I could just have a personal goal to beat as I went (3:30). After watching others I might give it a couple more attempts where I don't care about the spacing being too close that it wouldn't fall down properly and just smash it down instead.
