How do y’all deal with injuries? Been back skating a few months after taking 20 years off and yesterday I broke my first ever bone, my wrist band and I’m scared to even attempt skating again after it gets healed😢😢😢😢

@rickyrichreact9667 I wish you a good recovery! Falling in a way to avoid injury in the first place really is key to staying in the sport. I assume that your body lost its reflexes and muscle memory how to deal with falls in those 20 years. My recommendation would be to build it up slowly. Train falling on grass and then on asphalt with rollerblades. There is unfortunately never 100% safety when rollerblading. But outcomes can be improved with training.
