They have a very unique sound and they deliver it with grace on both their last albums, Automatic made them stand out even more. Sadly we're probably not hearing any proper new material this year :(

Totally agree with you, I didn't think I would like them either but this band is REALLY REALLY good IMO. I ended up purchasing like 20 of their songs. They remind me of a mix between like a heavier Duran-Duran, 3rd Eye Blind, some Toadies, Really cool sound and vibe. I saw them in Portland, Oregon in 2019 and they were ridiculously good live. Solid Band.

I can hear it. I know there's the below comment of "Don Broco = Don Broco" and while I agree, I also recognize that if no one has ever heard Don Broco and is deciding if they want to give them a listen or not, it's always good to have other bands they may know that you can use as a reference. For instance, the "for fans of..." that you see all the time. LTA & The 1975 are great ones to use for that. Cheers!

Are you nuts? This band is all hook and ear worm! They isolate those points of musical tension and just bombard you with them. They manage this with stale generic riffs... something I'd usually use as a critique. This band has managed to take sounds and ideas that I typically hate and uses them in a pretty huge way. Don Bravo. Shit. These guys are great!
