It's an assisted living facility and he's in Chattanooga, not Nashville. I little BS in the Randall segment. Don and Dan Hale did very little in the form of managing Frankie early on. He basically did everything himself (including training) for the Rosario fight. I was in Vegas with him for the month prior to the first Chavez fight and the Hale's didn't show up until two days before the fight. I didn't see much in the form of "management" at all. They started trying to cling closer to Frankie only after he won the title from Chavez.
