So many good lines. Before I could watch KZbin on a phone, I ripped the audio from these clips and put it on my ipod to listen in the car. It helped me to memorize every word and sound to perfection, and while its obviously a complete package-experience with the a/v, listening to the audio by itself is very interesting and enjoyable

This isnt the "Full" Animation Show, the full thing is a two part movie with different mini stories & art work like clay & CG art. One was clay where these two rock beings saw time indifferent perception, for them they moved, acted & reacted in normal speed while the background moved at fast speeds watching rise & falls of different cultures & civilizations of man come & go; a fascinating perspective on time, consciousness, life on humanity from where mainstream historians & scientist says we began till nowish & how perception can be tilted a bit it changes the whole story. Theres more like a man looking inside a hole that turns out to be the same man looking in a hole & goes on & the hole is in his or on his head.... both in & on... anyways the perception of looking into oneself conscious & find it layered over layer of oneself to a endless being, but again its how one perceives & interprets the art.

My only criticism is that Don Hertzfeldt seems to have trouble with lip syncing his drawings with the audio but other than that, his animations are awesome.
@fuegovioleta8 жыл бұрын
seems to be done purposely honestly
@burlapjesus6028 жыл бұрын
Its because he's just reusing the same frames over and over again to save time (or maybe he was just being lazy), the parts that weren't prolonged periods of one character talking were lip synced just fine
@w00tistgames7 жыл бұрын
Yeah I think he does it on purpose, since the whole 'hey do you want to go see a movie' scene in the rejected cartoons I just assume that when the lip sync is noticeably bad he's just screwing around

I don't know if it's the case here, but in the Rejected commentary, Hertzfeldt said he did the animation before having any lines recorded, giving them more freedom for adlibbing and such.
