I'm sure if a patient filled out fraudulent forms claiming to have been given medicine they were't actually given (kind of like giving accountants fraudulent numbers to make their calculations with) to effectively steal funds they could indeed be sued by the insurance company to get it back. And yeah, I don't see the threat in "if it can happen to us" when they are literally being prosecuted from fraud, since most peoples response is "I hope so". Funny Jr omitted the part about them giving the accountants fraudulent numbers to work with, of course he apparently can't even say "businessman" correctly and called himself a "business guy" instead and is constantly being refered to as a kid & child despite being in his mid 40's, so its not really a surprise he doesn't understand how numbers work :P

The "children" swore in court that they were clueless about the property valuations in the financial statements they each sent to banks as proof of loan equity. When TV cameras are around, they take a memory pill and whine about the undervalued financial statements. DJT also lied under oath claiming the properties were worth 100 times more than reported in the financial statements or tax filings. How the hell can they know that the properties were under-valued if they only relied on accountants and tax assessors for the valuations? Children, can you spell P-E-R-J-U-R-Y and F-A-L-S-E I-N-S-T-R-U-M-E-N-T? Agent Orange and his Mutants should all be jailed for fraud and perjury with all assets and business licenses stripped.
