Thumbnail could be more focused on the content of the video. Since it's a speed build, maybe show me the finished product so I have a preview of what it will look like. As far as the commentary, you should focus more on talking about your design choices, that's the most interesting part of a build/upgrade video. Any other discussion should be minimized, especially at the beginning of the video. It also sounds like you need to practice commentary a bit more. Your delivery is good, but you need to express yourself more. Overall good video.
