I pay my taxes, Don. I unfortunately have to give money to the public school system, which sucks. You also sucked as a superintendent. It's my right as a tax payer if I don't take advantage nor my kids of the public school system that I should be able to put those funds to their private school tuition. If you don't like it, piss off!
