The women disciples (mandali) were usually separated from the men, having their own living quarters. Meher Baba spent considerable time with the women as well as the men disciples.

Prophet muhammad according to history books was born approx 1449 years ago which supports Manifestation of Baba this day n age. Hope this answered your question.

Meher Baba also said he was Zarathustra and Gautama Buddha. Zarathustra supposedly lived some time between 624 BC and 522 BC, and Gautama Buddha supposedly lived some time between 563 BC and 400 BC. So, they may have even been alive at the same time.
