I do wear a topper but in order for it to look real I had to take it to a stylist & be able to work with it so that it doesn't look like a wig/topper.

Exactly! I totally agree! I am 43 years old and a breast cancer survivor. Although I was blessed and didn't have to do chemo (only Radiation), the post cancer med is thinning my hair. I have always had thick hair and a lot of it! I started watching wig videos and I started wearing wigs. (I did this for me, no one else.) My confidence has improved and I am happier! (If I only could get rid of my wrinkles, lol) But yes, confidence is the key. If you don't like something about yourself, change it......why not? Like you said, celebrities wear wigs all the time. When someone compliments me on my hair (depending on who it is) I sometimes tell them they could have it too. ha! I don't care if people know it's a wig. At first I was a little self conscious, but now if I like the wig on me, no one else's opinion matters. Besides, the majority of people don't know it's a wig. Anyway, thank you for making this video. Women need to change what they don't like themselves and be happy! Oh, I wouldn't have known you were wearing that topper if you didn't tell me and show your head. It looks beautiful!

Thank you so much. I have been losing my hair since I was in my late 20's. I was on minoxidil years before it was available in the stores. The druggist actually had to crunch the pills to powder. It worked for a few years, then it started getting worse. I hate full wigs, because I do have hair on the sides and back. And the full wigs are hot, and by the time I get back home, I just want to rip it off my head, because it's so hot that I get overheated, and start to sweat! I can't thank you enough!!!

It's a very small piece, but it just sits right on top, already has clips in it.. I have shoulder length hair and with this piece, it just makes my hair look layered. Also with the 10% off, it's even a better deal. No one can tell when I wear mine, even my hubby & daughters have to ask if I'm wearing it, sometimes I'm not! Lol.. Girl yeah people only say something because they wish they could be as fabulous as you. Most people are too afraid to do them. For ex right now I have short hair an I'm literally about to have dinner with my mother in law an the family, I'm literally debating if I should do my thang an wear my wig. Cuz when u have hair that's long or thick u feel good. My hair is thin. But I hate having short hair right now. Nickelz Red - hi there. I'm assuming you're taking thyroid replacement for this. This should resolve in approx 6 months with consistent thyroid replacement medication. If this is your only balding problem, you're in luck. This is a reversible condition .

This looks so good on you. And it always looks good with people that have Black or dark hair the toppers look perfect. But it's like people like me that have dirty dishwater blonde with a little gray coming in and it's hard to match the colors up. Because their are a a variety of shades either lighter or darker in the hair color. But with dark hair it so easy to match up your own hair. Any solutions for this? Appreciate your videos.

Maybe a price range from lowest choice to "and up"...with a discount using brochure upon visit. If you don't want folks in your home...you could hire someone to present pieces and application in their home...

+Ana Morlin buy the topper and take it to your stylist or a stylist that works with toppers and wigs. They can dye or cut and style it as your own hairstyle. I wear a topper as in my pic. I would be lost without my topper these days! Love it! Just waiting for my Claire topper to come!

Gosh, I wish the UNIWIGS 3 part topper came in lighter colors. My hair is dark brown (level 5N hair color), but I don't know if it's "off-black". With my pale skin and light eyes, I look like a vampire if I color my hair too dark.

+Jacquie Williams i know how you feel... but u need to walk in there with huge confidence with your topper on your head and say cut this please... you will be amazed that some women (only if the really know its not your hair) will come up to you and ask you about your piece because chances are THEY are going through it as well!!! if you dont feel comfortable, see if you can find someone who does it from their home and be honest with them so you feel comfortable going back. my hairdresser works from home...
