i was close to 44 during my 1st egg retrieval , i got 6 eggs & 5 matured, 2 are growing until day 6 and sent to pgt Lab, 1 came back normal and graded 5BC. the other 1 had chromosoms abnormality.

Hi doctor ... I really need to know if there is any cure for chromosomal issue as my Only embryo sent for PGS came back with multiple chromosomal issue... I live in Australia... it cost me so much financially... I specifically asked my FS for ICSI but she refused but after the result she said oh we will go for icsi next time... I seriously dn know what to do... I am 38 year old ... plz help ... thanks

Hi, please could you tell me if the contraceptive pill could have an effect on antral follicle count if it was performed a few weeks after stopping the pill? I was put on it prior to IVF and it shut my ovaries down completely (temporarily). AMH and AFC were performed around six weeks after stopping the pill and I was then diagnosed (July 2017) with POF. My FSH was 24 at that time, but has been below five before the pill and has been below three since. Many thanks

Dear doctor, thanks for this video. I have been discouraged as well. I'm 42, a gynecologist I went to here in Spain started talking IMMEDIATELY about egg donation and showing me some charts and percentages for women older than 40, counting my chances less than 0.01, and that all happened practically the moment I entered the office and sat, before any blood analysis or US were performed. I have run out in tears and went for a second opinion. That's where I was recommended to take DHEA 75mg though not 3x25 but 75mg once a day. I am almost finishing the third month of taking it but my period is missing so I'm wondering should I have taken (or start taking now) estrogen and progesterone as well. Is it possible to have paid online consultations with you?

Dear Doctor, you are wonderful. Thank you for sharing your videos. I have a question. My husband has a low Sperm count 5 mil per mil with 15 pro cent motility and 0% morthology. I had a child at the age of 33, I have no problems at all. Period on time, ovulating 15 th day. I am 39 years old. Now, we are starting IVF in December but we only have 1 try. We will transfer two eggs. My question is ;” do we have a chance in succeeding on our first try?
