Spark, (timed) air & fuel and compression . That's all you need. Oh plus a charged battery ofcourse.

Yeah I have all of those although compression was only at 90psi, I believe it should be 110psi at sea level. Maluch is at 217M above sea level so should be around 106psi. 10-15% variation would bring this to about 93psi so i think thats good. Plus compression tester may not be all that accurate. Im thinking its the Nanoplex ignition system thats at fault now. Video coming soon. Thanks for all your comments.

Check that your plug wires are right way around, timing, compression and valve clearances.

Its a wasted spark system so order of wires does not matter, but yeah done all that. I think the Nanoplex is at fault. Video coming soon.

Thanks for your suggestion but its a wasted spark system so shouldnt matter. But i did swap them over and its a no go. Im thinking its the Nanoplex at fault now.

It was bought brand new in the first episode. I keep it on charge in between trying to start.
