back in the 90s I used to work in that building. when it was first called Phun Factory...Started by an Xplumber. Matter of fact I still have keys to the whole building that isn't there anymore

Wow, great memories i painted there on a raining day with a legendary bx writer "Stan153" RIP when it was called Phun Factory back in the 90's, same day i met "IZ The Wiz" RIP who was running the spot then, also that was the 1st time & last time i painted there, 2 dangerous for my taste, Peace to female writer from italy called DONA, she was a nasty writer. i came back as a teacher a few year later with a group of HS school kids from queens, i remember i took them up the stairs, the bldg stairs started 2 shake, kid got scared, i guess to much weight, so we all got off, a week later the whole stair collapse with a young girl, we dodge a bullet!
