The 3 main takeaways: -Find the right CPU / GPU Combo for your budget and needs. This will determine the level of performance that you get -Buy the right monitor for your PC / right PC for your monitor -Buy taking your fav games / programs into consideration, no need to overspend (I'm guilty of doing this too!)

Hello, I have RTX 4070 TI with asus tuf gaming z590 and I'm going to buy 34" monitor. Will this card be good for that monitor with highest settings in games? I will be thankful for answer

I would recommend getting am5 instead of am4 for future proofing if you want to save money you can go for am4

Is an i9-12900F with a rtx 4070 super a good combo?
@Kliq-n2s24 күн бұрын
OK, here you go,,,upgraded from AM4 to AM5 with a great combo deal from Micro Center 7800x3d, B650 and 32gb ddr5, the rest I kept from the previous setup, 2070S and monitor Alienware 240hz 1080p! Honestly perfect coming from 3700X... The only game I'm playing is CS2! Need your expertise recommendations on what should be upgraded next, of course not overspending?

Im planning to buy a budget 1080p build with intel i5 12400f and rx 7700xt , is this build viable? Or will there be a cpu bottleneck? Thanks
@Sarbuzz00724 күн бұрын
Cpu will be a little bottleneck over here and not futureproof too. Get R5 7600.

I'm thinking about getting a pre-built R7 5700X3D + RTX 4070 Super for Valorant on Benq Zowie XL2566K monitor. It needs consistent 360fps so I can use the DyAc+ mode which can't be used at the same time as VRR. Do you know if it's good enough for that?

@Bombastic_DogSideEye 1589€ I live in Finland so probably more expensive than in US. It comes with 32GB Ram and 1TB SSD. I have always played with playstation consoles but was thinking about moving to PC gaming so I don't know much about them.

@@eliasaittola6678 honestly with that price point there should be no problem getting a am5 cpu

If you can build a PC and if you can't you can buy the parts and let some company build it for you it is significantly cheaper and you get better bang for your bug you should be able to save almost 200 usd doing it like that

@ShadowGamingPC1 prices in Canada are wild it's 600 usd for a 7800xt and nivida cards are upward from that. My PC that am gonna build is around 1350 usd with plenty of upgrade path available such as 32 GB of ddr5, 850 watt MSI mag PSU, and gigabyte b650 in the hyte y40
@Bombastic_DogSideEye24 күн бұрын
@ShadowGamingPC1 if you can do you think that the y40 is a good case u have heard about all the rumors that the thermals are horrible BC of the negative fan pressure with 3 exhaust and 2 intake.

I’m thinking of getting my first ever pc starting with a 1080p monitor and I am thinking of getting the R5 7500F cpu but not too sure what to get for the gpu. Any recommendations? I never own a pc before, so I’m not too sure what games I’ll play and I have a friend that’ll help me build a pc. My budget will be around $1000 for the whole build, I don’t think I need a 1440p monitor rn, so maybe some upgradeable options would be nice as well.

As someone who has been looking at customizing a gaming pc for titles such as cyberpunk 2077 and black myth wukong in 1440p. I can suggest whichever gpu card you are looking for needs a minimum of 16G of Vram. I myself have been fortunate to have customized: Core - CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D Core - Motherboard: AMD - Gigabyte B650M Gaming X AX Core - RAM: DDR5 - 32GB TZ5RS Trident Z5 RGB (2x16GB) DDR5 CL36 6000Mhz - Silver Core - Graphics Card (GPU): XFX Speedster RX 7900 XT 20GB Core - Power Supply : 850W FSP Hydro G PRO 80+ Gold ATX 3.0 Power - Primary Storage (SSD) : 1TB Gen4 Lexar NM620 M.2. NVME (R: 3500 / W: 2400) there are few cards at mid range that have more than 12G Vram so I had chose to dip into a 20G card but now the updated version runs 24G. This set me back about $790 Aussie Dollaradoos. Not cheap but future proof enough that I will not have to add any more RAM for a few more years to come. Other suggestions would be a cards like the 4070 super or 4070 Ti, but at $1000 budget you can move up to 4080 series. Anyway happy new year and Good luck and good gaming my friend, I hope this helps.

@ShadowGamingPC124 күн бұрын
there's no maximum build, cities skylines consume a lot of CPU power, so I'd get a strong CPU, do you want to play at 1080p, 1440p or 4k? and what's your budget and FPS goals?
