Hi truckergirl850 i have been owner operator driver for over 35 years and what happened to you dont despair its happened to a lot of drivers that are owner operator. Best advice keep a list of people like nathan who can always assist you and you will get there congratulations on getting your scania passed mot now you need work to pay for the bills

There is always a fix it just takes some time to find good people to help . Dont ever buy a truck from Greece is all I can say what , full of Bandits ! Anyway , I imported a couple from NL and once you can figure out which forms to file to them the plate comes pretty quick . They were with me within 2 days

No it was bought from Northern Ireland, Road trucks in Larne, looks like it is an ex Manfreight truck, Truckie Baddie wont have any problems with it.

Ireland not in the EU now?? What's all the fuss about the Irish Sea Border then 😂 Surely in the equal economic union that is the EU. The price should be the same, EU wide! So, yes, it might be dearer in Northern Ireland and the rest of the UK. But buying in Rep of Ireland should be the same as in Spain, France, Holland etc.

Ref MOT on commercial vehicles they should expire at the end of the month ? Who did the pre mot Stevie Wonder ? They would be paying for the re test if i owned that vehicle, as thats a Black mark against YOU, Next time find someone that knows what they are doing, as that shower are a load of chancers, As for knowing every think about Scanias ? what the difference with them then ??????? more time in the workshop is the only difference lol

Anyway if you do buy another truck get it from UK it's not worth all that Hastle with what you have been though love with a Irish truck by the way there laws are completely different to UK laws love.
