Bought iphone 12 in 2020, after using it I realised that that phone controlling me. No freedom of using like android, in 2021 i switched back to android s21 ultra, and felt freedom of using. The only good thing that i missed iphone videography, after 3 years s21 ultra got green line issues (14 lines on screen), as per service centre they asked whooping 24k(GST+Labour charges), then i skipped to replace that screen and bought a midrange budget Nothing 2a SE , now I'm using a smartphone with worry free, and i realised there's bunch of good smartphones in midranges as well. There's no going back to flagship! In 2A I noticed some contrast issues for shadows during watching video content (dark toned area), otherwise it's a great buy. ❤

Buying iPhone is based on user preferences too, I am a android guy who switched to iPhone 12 ,till date my phone didn't hang or app crashed. So for me investing in a mobile should last for atleast for 5 years and should work without any problems so iPhone does that. Again this is based on user's choices. I have been using mobile phone since 2001 with nokia 5110 onwards. I was using android till 2015 and ended up upgrading phones every 2 to 3yr once. Bought an 8plus from Singapore for 56K when it was 82K in Chennai. I used this phone for 8yrs and replaced with iphone 15 pro max Nov'24. This was got from US and hence cheaper by 50k. Android and iPhone has its own pro's and cons. I prefer iPhone only for its longevity and security. Android - Storage, applications, less price. Both serves very different purpose. Good luck in your decisions.

have had a 14 pro for a year. I switched from budget android phones. (samsung J7 pro and M30s) pros of iPhone: iPhones are good at one thing - optimization. I have never felt the slightest bit of lag doing daily tasks. I've had times where I couldn't attend incoming calls on my android (has happened in iOS too, but only once in 1 year.) pro motion is actually pretty good. only phones better are the new s24 ultras. Audio is amazing. Speakers are really great for a phone. Have never used a phone that has had better speakers than 14 pro, and the 16 pro max has great ones as well cons: Everything else. (I'm comparing to my budget android phones from 2017) 0 customization. my phone was always a nova launcher home phone, and everything from the drop menu was to my liking. Keyboard sucks. swipe to text is bad. the apps that come with iOS are the bare minimum. The default phone app is bad. notes app is not useful at all. Calculator has some new basic features but only in iOS 18, but I was so hesitant to upgrade becuase sometimes it can brick your phone. the camera bump in the back sukcs. also, imagine buying a PRO model phone for 1+L, and they release AI features the very next year, but it isn't available for your lineup and you have to upgrade to use below par AI services. (Apple Intelligence is just drunk siri) and the biggest con: no apk/sandbox support for users like me. I'm not paying shit vendors for their below par service. for example, netflix doesn't even offer true 4k, and they remove stuff from your library whenever they feel like. there's a video about why piracy is better from Louis Rossman on YT. I sugest you people watch that.

What i would suggest is directly opposite.. Buy one premium iphone and secondary budget android phone! In my case iphone 13PM and Nord CE lite.. Win situation for every scenario i face! Iphones are overrated and underrated..it is not the best and also not the worst! Just clean software and mainly for productivity users!
