With it being June, it’s time to start thinking about the holiday season in December and having a good rewards program from a big box shop like Target could influence the next 6 months of shopping … sorry Target has decided to not have one. Keep us all posted on all of this It’s very much appreciated

Hey Phil! Another fun walk n’ talk. Don’t feel obligated to do daily videos but just know it’s what I and I’m sure others look forward to watching each morning. Had no idea Target ceased their 1% rewards - one would think they would want repeat customer traffic. That Frogger sign nails the nostalgia perfectly and another would be lucky to win one so no issues at all on repeat giveaways imo. P.S. I don’t know how you drink hot coffee in 86 degree weather 😂

I drink 2 cups of coffee daily and the weather here in Arizona is over 100 degrees! lol It is just relaxing for me and gets me going.

@@atranfanaticWhat’s your coffee of choice? 😂that’s crazy I’m the opposite I drink iced coffee even in winter. But I agree I can’t function without my coffee fix it’s my drug of choice 😅

@@mikeyyoon I drink the Jim Beam dark roast and a local place called Ziggie's that is a dark roast as well. The local one is freshly grounded and the Jim Beam I usually buy 6 12oz bags at a time. lol

@@atranfanaticBro you not only drink hot coffee in 100 degree weather but it’s dark roast as well 😮 my God you are a true man among men. Dunkin’ Donuts is medium roast is my coffee of choice. I need to try local baristas I’m sure it’s so much better.

Keep an eye out for the Batman Animated Series Batmobile only at Target. I noticed the Cartoon filmation Skeletor on the wall, looks cool

The only thing I drink after 3 pm is 🥶 as hell and rhymes with rear. When I get home after work I'm like Scorpion, I throw my harpoon at my fridge , open it. Only to throw it around my Miller Light again. COME HERE!!!!!

For Target, you can get a red card that is a debit card to your checking account rather than a credit card. That way you’re not getting a new credit card but you can get the 5% and you also get coupons. I get 10% off coupons to be all the time.

PD7, Some great low prices at Hobby Lobby for sure! I've never seen the Dig Dug and Galaga signs so low! By the way, I was able to post the answer to your question about my Tron cabinet on one of my videos I just uploaded called "My Comment To You Is Here." Again, the site wouldn't let me post it to your original video. It happens randomly, but I think this new strategy is going to work. The video explains what's going on. That Mr. West is always a character :) vgv

PD7, Yes, I have a Hobby Lobby close to my house. I was able to get some great Baby Yoda stuff that I think you'll recognize in my Home Arcade video. Such a great place to shop. Best Mr. West shot yet! He was wiggling with his tail wagging 😁 vgv

Yeah there is just no FOMO anymore for me when it comes to Arcade1up machines or anything like that. Since I pretty much PC mod all my cabinets minus my 2019 Atari Star Wars. There really isn't a reason to buy any other cabinets. Unless.......they came out with something I really really really want. But I just don't see that happening honestly. Anyway I drew a rough draft of my motorcycle cabinet on sticky note paper when it was slow at work. lol I'm converting my 1st gen Space Invaders Arcade1up into the PC modded motorcycle themed cabinet. That is the plan currently anyway. I reached out to somebody we know who did my 3 marquees about my new cabinet plans. He already said he could make the custom marquee, but hasn't created the artwork for what I asked for. But I'm sure he could do that as well. Well the connecting rods were too long, so my car got delayed longer on the engine rebuild. Hopefully next week it will be running and back together. Ugh this is so frustrating man. And my wife's car is acting up and it could be a timing chain issue. Curve balls are being thrown in life currently.

Just broke up with my girlfriend of 7 years who I was going to propose to. Sorry to read about your curve balls - just know we’re all at bat. I feel ya life can be annoying sometimes but look at Phil the guy is the epitome of optimism.

I used to never shop at Target just because they had one of the most frustrating retrun policies and it finally bit me on something that was broken but I had lost the receipt in just a week and they wouldn't help me. Guess they've changed some but that new Circle is more in favor of them versus the shopper now it seems.

So even with the card used they still would’ve return? I’d be upset too, it does seem like it’s in their favor. So if I had a balance of points when I checkout it would pop up every time like wanting me to use them, they must not have liked it when we just kept adding.

I just went in Hobby Lobby and found that Frogger thing and the Pac-Man picture, and they didn't give me the 50% off because they're labeled as "gifts" and not "wall decor" even though there's signs all over the display that says "50% off wall decor"

Target ticked me off the other day, I wanted to buy Atari 50, had a 10%,5%, 5%, and another 5% discount in my account and it all stacked to take it down to 385 from 500, so 408 and they cancelled it a few hours later as a result of a "pricing error", aka "you got too good of a discount!!", I'm sure I still could have got it if I harassed the customer service like those guys that force Best Buy to give them a Simpsons cabinet for $100 but maybe it's fate telling me a better deal is coming. They didn't give me my coupons back either, the cheapskates

@@PDX7 Best Buy shows all the pinballs now out of stock, Ms Pacman countercade, along with the Simpson's cab. Many BBs in my area still show 2 Blitz cabs in stock, but I believe Walmart is now sold out, only 3rd party resellers.

I was just looking at the end Q2 date and it's the end of June, so hopefully they have some fire sales in the final week so they can say they exceeded sales expectations like last December, I just want a $200 Blitz, heck, even a $300 Blitz at this point

Same, I bought Dig Dug for $299(plus the szabo marquee), it'll probably be cheaper in a flash sale or something, but it seems like fomo is a little more justified these days
