Started a new farm because I just got bored and sometimes restarting is fun and I happened upon your channel which led me to this vid which made me want to test this. So, I tested 2 patches side by side, on with both levels, I used rice and it was raining so I coulda picked a better time but, level 2 did rice in rain in about 3:10 and the level one was about 4:30. Not a huge a difference and obvs I should have done it without rain, but I think it still proves the point and if someone is considering level 2 upgrades, at least here's some numbers.

Waiting time doesnt matter to me to be honest. The longer the growing time is the more efficient my farming system will be. It is kind of annoying to plow, cultivate, and seed the plot every min or so. The game gets repetetive that way.

Once you get like 100k change to a full animal farm with only cows it is a lot faster
