I think they have fixed this problem to quite some extent. I did get it delayed by two days but not beyond what was promised during order time, actually it arrived earlier than that, but they do have problem with banks for overcharging. I am sure if I would have ordered it through Amazon, banks would be doing exactly as they quoted on Amazon's site. Well Amazon is big, so they show muscle over the Indian banks, which is good for customers. Wakefit being Indian company, Indian banks shows power over them, as well as their customers. I don't blame Wakefit though, for this, as Indian banks are as shitty as they could be, under current central administration. Overall Ankit and his team is doing a great work! Oh one more thing, the outer jacket was very dirty with lots of dusts, when it got delivered.

Don’t understand why you wait for more than 30 days for COD order.....simple send them a mail and msg for order cancellation and specifically mention all problem you faced...if still they send you order after mail so you have rights for not to collect the order....no body will come in your house and asked you for money.......if you pay in advance than you received after 30 days than I can understand you cheated and they harassed you. If Quality of product is poor than only you suggest not to buy not because of delay delivery in COD girls always 😂🙏

Memory foam is not good... it is all petroleum product and oozes toxic gases. You should have gone for 100% natural latex 6 inches mattress which is made out of rubber tree sap and is also good for spine alignment and has very long life. I am using latex mattress which i made to order recently.... viewers may contact me if interested in latex 6inches mattress for 25000₹ if you are based out of mumbai.

And they played many games and they took 9days deley from expected delevry date. Even flipkart also not aware about this matter, computer generated reply only.. So i took this one serius nd then wrote so many complaints on company . finally they came to know that nd after that started proccess from manufacturing company then they gave delevry. You should know you can cancel any cod or prepaid order at the time of delivery. No one can force you to accept any order. M apki jagah hota or agr 19th tak deliver na hua hota, m market se manga leta, ya fir new order place kr deta 2-3 bar cod pr :P koi to deliver hota. Apne to wse b cod pr kia tha, fir kyu itni tension lena. Certain cases me kbhi kbhi issues aa jate h, even with Amazon. Mere sath kitni bar asa hua h. 2nd you should mention floor in your address specially while placing order for some big product. Ek bar mne ac order kra tha and forgot to mention floor ;_; I remember meri kya halath hui thi, window ac ko 1st floor pr chadane me. Otherwise if you have mentioned, no one can refuse you to deliver the product at your specific floor as wo us hisab se labour lekr ate and agr nhi ate then you can ask the company for compensation for your loss for arranging labours. Mam itna tension na lia kro. Ha agr offer nhi mil rha new order pr to wo to concern wali bat h ._. isse to m b darta hu.

I don't know what happened to this lady's case any sometimes it will happen for some reason, may be you have bad luck or you may be one of the unsatisfied customer out of thousands of satisfied customer.
