I too had bad experience from msi regenerisis Cochin. 1.4L workstation laptop need to be scrapped in the end. My bad time got an over voltage surge from solar ups and it damaged my laptop and bad service and response . Thought of blow of the office. 😅. But ... For me the product was performing excellent. No issues for 4 years.
