Bhai Mere t300 earbuds kl he deliver huwe hai lkin jab mai unhein use kr rha hun toh left side wale earbud mein bass or sound thoda zyada sunai de rha hai or right side mein thoda halka kamm sunai de rha hai..... aisa kuch tumhare sath ho rha hai kya ? Huwa hai toh thik kaise kru woh btaadooo!!

We replaced one of our realme neckbands recently through service centre here in Karnataka. We had nice experience. They co-operate with us. Depends on the location and employee there I guess.

I experienced some thing and let me share... I purchased this t300 on October and pta nhi kuch issue se charge nhi hothi h.. customer support se leke gya service centre ko.. 2hrs long wait k baad wo bola ki bhai tumhari bud p dent h so we cant replace ur product 😢 thik h ghar aane k baad mail kiya realme wale ko phir m unko pucha jo service agent pic kiya h wo mujhe send karna and i want to cross check.. pic mila tha and mai dekha bhai iski maaki ultra macro p 1cm k dur se pic liya h iski maaki chuth 😢 direct se dekhe toh it wont be visible naked 😢 But the product was just awesome to me 😢😢
