You are right, u can make a good quality harness by yourself. But you have to add relay, fuse , and switch. They all together don't cost more than 500 rs including wire.

I think u need to get harness otherwise u have to get 2 switches and 2 different wire connections

Its totally wrong info. Please get knowledge about wires, controller, fuse, relay.. Because in the wireharness controller is a main part its play and important role in hole wiring process. So if are you installing Fog lamps or any extra lighting accessories in your bike then use there proper diameter wire as per current capacity not larger that that capacity also relay and proper AMP fuse for the battery protection. In the wireharness all circuit and devices alredy included with proper couplers and fitting. Hence its cost large if you don't use wireharness then you need more efforts for preparing perfect connection. And for that required below electrical devices. 1. Relay 2. Good quality and as per current vcapacity width wire. 3. Fuses 4. Connectors, lugs, coupler, Switch Etc..

Don't give wrong info to people. I don't think you have much knowledge about motorcycles and accessories. If you can't do minor repairs of your motorcycle then don't call yourself a rider. Please guys don't listen to him and do use a wiring harness else you will destroy your motorcycle and BCM.

If u put a fuse to the extra wiring that u did for this fog lamp it wont harm the fuse that came stock with the bike 🤙🏻 its just being precautious
