I know that you’ve decided on twitch but I’d suggest using mixer it has an ftl streaming option that brings stream delay to under 2 seconds and would allow for instant communication instead of the weird ask a question and wait 10 seconds on twitch

I can understand wanting to limit giveaways to regular viewers, they are after all your bread and butter. However it also has a rather nasty flip side. You are also telling new viewers to your Twitch stream that they aren't as important as the others that have been there longer. I can see some people just saying "what's the point in watching if I'm not even allowed to enter this competition?." It really doesn't seem a good way to grow a stream if you are telling people they don't matter.
