This year I been crashing out and my emotions have been taking over. Last night I was just sitting on my bed at 2am and I needed some encouragement so I just said “God speak to me. “As soon as I opened you tube I seen this sermon I didn’t watch right away but this morning I went back to watch it and God heard me when I asked him to speak to me. This was definitely just for me.

in my opinion, Jesus wept because he's acknowledging the different ways people process heartbreak and his commitment to walk alongside them in their pain. By sharing in their sorrow, Jesus demonstrates that he doesn't only celebrate with humanity in joy but also comforts them in their deepest grief, helping them to grow and find hope. This sermon in my opinion, captures the complexites of human emotions, making Jesus a powerful symbol of divine love and understanding. The fact that the pastor included the primary and secondary emotions, heart attachments and peoples response to what he already knows to be shows his in depth wisdom about what Jesus might have been facing at the time and I love it. Really had me thinking

This sermon was everything! I was trying to find an email address to share my thoughts, but I’ll just leave a comment here. My 11-year-old son has now watched two of PMJ’s sermons with me, and after this one, he said, “I want to visit his church.” He loves the messages and thinks PMJ is hilarious. But what really got me was hearing him later telling his dad all about the sermon. It meant so much to see the word hit him so deeply that he wanted to share it, especially with his dad, who’s known to “crash out.” This moment was a blessing. Wow that part on being perfect hit home for me PMJ…I over stand now how I can seem aggressive on things with my family and friends due to my desiring perfection…probably because there have been moments in my life where I haven’t felt perfect enough or just enough (tears) and I have let things make me OCD in which has given me a complex of perfection when nothing is perfect but Jehovah! So today since PMJ your message from God helped me learn to one stop people pleasing, two that nothing is perfect, and three that I, just like all of us just do the best we can! This is what God has been reminding me of that he’s Got me so chill and know that I don’t have to handle everything all alone and what doesn’t get done is ok. I have been working on this and learning how to let go and let God! Lastly, the good thing is I’m starting to identify where some of my issues come from!
