Amen, singleness is a gift. All do not have that gift. Paul's words about marriage vs singleness also had to do with the perilous times he lived in. Also, he wanted no distractions from the purpose God had for his life. Ananias told Paul what great things he must suffer for the kingdom of heaven. A wife would have suffered as he did. No man would want that for his wife. Just be sure that singleness is God's will for you, not a copout for fear to commit to love another as Christ loved the church. Blessings of God are on our love and obedience, praying that for you

If He wants me to be married His will shall be done and if it is His will for me to stay single I will hopefully also accept it for He always knows better what is good for us. Like in Proverbs 3:5 I will trust in the LORD with all my heart and lean not on my own understanding.

I tell God, for now I am just fine being in relationship with Him alone. When He believes me to be ready, He will send me a godly husband. But I'm good with just getting closer to Jesus right now. He knows I've been through it. He knows, at this moment in time, I'm not ready for a relationship. And I thank Him for fixing me. I need to be closer to Him before I become closer to any other human being. And I'm totally good with this. Thank You Lord for all You do for me and all of us. 🙌🙏❤️🙂
