Couple of months ago, after it had already leveled Gaza, it attacked Iranian embassy in Syria while escalating its attack on Lebanon. And I thought to myself - why should Israel stop? What is the cost of these attacks? The arms are subsidized by the World reserve currency (US dollar). So the genuine question is - why should Israel stop? Also, Iran's arms are Russia and China, just like Israel's arms are US & NATO. This problem has a very WW1 feel to it.

They are not innocent populations. Many of the population of Gaza took part in the October 7th massacre of innocent Jews. Same in Lebanon and Iran, the population's there all support the terrorism towards Israel by their governments. As a result of the attacks against Israel by Iran, Hamas and Hezbollah International Law allows a 4 to 1 ratio of citizens to combatants to be killed during war time.
