But it's the same thing that i faced as east european in african countries, especially in the villages. There are millions of africans never seen a white person before.

When I was little I used to stare as well when I saw someone of color in Romania, because in the 90's it was as rare of an event as you could find. I was making eye contact out of curiosity and to show the person that I'm not scared, so he would feel welcomed. It doesn't make sense for me now, but being a child it did, I don't know why other stare, but probably also out of curiosity. Now I'm used to seeing people of color, it doesn't even faze me anymore, living in London for 2 years, it's like an ordinary Tuesday.

Oh yea.... You are right The stares actually reduced since I got to Oradea....... Staring is common is small cities I guess...... . . All is well now 😀

@@beyondhometownwithaisha6897 In your case, if someone stares at you, it's only because you're very beautiful.

The staring part is normal, went in Africa back in 2016 and black people were staring at me just the same, kids being afraid and thinking I'm a white pale ghost. Any part of the world that lacks diversity will have this. Be it curiosity or just being straight up blocking and not knowing how to act. It happen to me when I saw the first Chinese girl here in Brasov Romania, I was staring and didn't know how to act, was being weird by trying to act normal.

@@danascully6698 Hi dear, kindly don't come to this channel to display your lack of patience, ignorance and your inability to comprehend sentences .... All the cities in Romania are complete sht holes, been to most of them and lived in a bunch, only thing I like there is the countryside in transilvania where I'm from with the hills forests and mountains. If I wasn't from there, I'd never step foot there like the rest of eastern europe but I was in hungary bosnia serbia croatia and others.

I have noticed that African people are more racist than white people. Don't say that Romanians are racists, you are sorely mistaken. We, the Romanians, are one of the most tolerant nations, sometimes we even endure too many injustices.

Boring. Some things are true but others are wrong. True: -yellow cabs at the railway station are cheating on you (use uber, bolt etc.) Wrong: -drunks, beggars in public transport (possible as anywhere but not usual) -same with the packed up public transportation: check the Tokyo subway ...

Funny to see a lot of Africans complaining like they're used to much better treatment in Africa. Let's not exagerate. If you had it so good there you wouldn't come here and stay, would you? :)))) Do you even have public transport in Africa? Most africans I met in romania are pretty stand offish and not friendly haha. Maybe shy? Maybe arrogant? Who knows. Maybe listen first and learn about the local culture and then judge ;).
