Lazy #KiraakFam ki Summary If you're someone who's having hairfall or any kind of hair damage- AVOID the following 1. Using hair ties or hair bands (Reason - breakage) 2. Hot showers (Cut the timing of the shower. e.g., 5mins hot shower to 2mins) 3. Hard water for hair wash. (Instead, use water softeners to convert and filter the hard water or rinse your hair with mineral water in the end of your shower) Tip - use Apple cider vinegar to fight the build up on the scalp. 4. Showering / head bath everyday (Hair becomes brittle and oily overtime) 5. Re using old combs and pillow covers (keep washing any accessory that gets in touch with your hair, regularly too) 6. Not covering your hair from Sun. (Reason - UV damage) 7. Over usage of products and styling your hair when wet Tip - Use old cotton tee shirts instead of towels. Reason - keeps the moisture lock and is gentle to your hair. Also, keep changing your hair partition to let appropriate circulation and fight single directional hair growth.
