GreenSeedGarden is a scam. Their website claims to be in the US. They are from China. I stupidly purchased and then read the reviews once I got suspicious.

A while ago I ordered "succulent" seeds off of Wish and I didn't know what succulent seeds looked like and what grew instead were clovers 😂 At least the bumblebees liked them. I'm just glad Wish no longer sells seeds.

This is so important! There are so many scams out there! Thank you for sharing this because it's so important!! It happened to me years ago when I first started out with growing succulents. I bought a batch of seeds and it was grass lol. I just buy the succulents now and pollinate them when I can so I can collect my own seeds.

I been scammed on ebay, amazon, etsy, wish and other websites. I spent a fortune for plants, flowers, succulent, and types of seeds. I feel bad that i got foolished every time. Is hard to know where to buy from. I know there are out there serious sellers, but unfortunately i lost my trust in buying online

I get so frustrated when I see a cactus mix packet of seed showing a grafted cactus. Like they grow that way and you can grow it from seed.😵

I'm VERY new to succulents. On ebay, I saw a picture of Trachyandra Tortilis. But it was listed as "Living Stones Flower succulents", and I ordered some seeds. I Google lensed their photo and it came up as a Trachyandra. Then when I just googled Trachyandra, the exact pic that was used in her listing for living stone succulents, came up. I messaged the seller, but haven't heard back yet. I have no clue what kind of seeds I have, or how to grow them

I was just looking at Venus fly trap plants and there were so many that were blue, or the buyers said they were only given 1 seed or that what they grew wasn't a fly trap, but was instead a cactus or a weed from the sellers garden

Watch out for rosary peas! They sent me them instead of bird of paradise seeds. They’re incredibly deadly if eaten

Hi! I love your videos and am starting out my own little succulent garden! I have a bunch of cute lil propagations! I was wondering if there were any sellers that you trust for mixed seeds? I'm looking for a lot of variety but am seeing the same stock images a lot. Thank you!

CraftyCaiya the two options in my description box I think have a few mixed seed options. But they will usually be mixed lithops. I would personally start with an echeveria of some sort that you like or a cactus of just one kind. Just because you will know what it is supposed to turn into and it is fun to watch the transformation🤗 good luck!

Instead of seeds I prefer ordering live plants because I ordered 3 plants online Lithops, aloe Vera, Echeveria glauca

I've been watching alot of your videos and have recently started buying and collecting succulents and I am now trying my hand at propagating them, I have seen the blue succulent scams and steered clear away from them as they seem so fake and scammy though I am curious if you know of any succulents that are actually blue because a blue succulent would be so pretty. Though I live in the UK so it's hard enough to find more interesting succulents other than the very basic ones.

Ahaha the blue succulents and bunnies and the rainbow roses I think we all have seen them on eBay or elsewhere sadly they are all photoshop skills 😅 I do that as well, if I have doubt on the actual look of a plant that I am not that familiar with I take the name and just google it, it always help, because many sellers are nor scammers but they often use the very pretty photos, or a bit of photoshop enhanced ones which does not necessarily what the plant will look like colour wise, so googling it helps me.

I was looking at their seeds because well I'm a Minnesotan (western about 25m to the SD border and 85m s of Moorhead), disabled at home 24/7 except grocery and Dr, and a plant lover, for kicks I ordered a pack of hawthoria (window type seeds) I think I paid $1 for shipping seeds were free. Hahaha I'm curious what I will receive but if you're curious, and bored, tale a click your through a bunch of the seed listings, and not just the succulents, most of their hpuse plant seed listings, they are virtually ALL the same, a listing for 200 seeds and a listing for 500 seeds are usually a cell pack of little red seeds, honestly appearance wise I would compare them to dried dead red pine spiders, (its what comes to mind) otherwise there is another pack that actually looks mixed with appear to be anything from poppyseed to millet or mustard seed. I has sprouted some of the spiky type cacti a very long time ago when I was just beginning to get the itch for houseplants, (20ish, married a year and a new baby I was nesting) and them seeds as I can recall looked like tiny miniature versions of poppy seeds. Smaller than onion or poppy seed, you almost couldn't plant them individually, almost a scatter and hope for the best and thin as they sprout. I bought seed packs from Amazon with a blue looking plants but then you look at the arrangements and you could tell it was photoshopped. I got the seeds and just planted them. Two said they were fake and never grew but the environment that the seeds were in I don't think would of grown anyways. The seeds to me look real but this is my first time. We will see. It says it takes about 15-25 days to germinate. Edit: they did have seed instructions on their Amazon website I just didn't get any with my package

Gumiho Yuka Havier unfortunately some people don’t have an option! We have one greenhouse here and they have a very small selection of succulents so online is sometimes the best option. I would agree though, buying in person is much safer!
