Hey Bri! Seeing those Kings flopping around on your wave runner with not much room reminded me of something from childhood. My Grandpa would always bring a bottle of cheap vodka with us, when we’d catch something he’d pour it down the fishes mouth and instantly the fish was stiff as board no thrashing at all! Never heard of or seen anyone else ever do that! If it’s legal to have on your boat it might make it a little safer for ya! Love the video!

Good morning. Picked up a Waverunner and waiting to go out next week. Water is 55 degrees in CT, but I got a wet suit this week. First time owner so checking out PWC videos. Looking to fish off mine too on Long Island Sound. Life Jacket is mandatory here and only dawn to dusk operation. Be safe, have FUN!

Great job! I am starting seriously thinking about switching to Sea- Doo. Kayak is great and simple, but slow and takes time to set up.

I like that it gives me more time to fish. Trailering was new to learn but the size of it makes it totally manageable. It's easier than carrying all your gear (and for me that would take multiple trips). Kayak fishing is unique and it's hard to match the feeling of hooking up on a big one from the yak but sea doo fishing is just as much fun and you can cover more ground.

@@bafishing yeah, great point. Particularly, while sight fishing for tarpons or cobia, you would have much more luck with a jetski by covering more spots. It takes forever on a kayak.
