Is the Ruko R111 Constitutionally compliant or does it violated a person's 4th and 5th Amendment protections like the rest of the RID's? It's my position, that my quad has a right to remain silent! Anything that it says or does, can and will be used against me in a court of law!

It is like the rest of them. Stick with the sub 250g drones no RID required.
