Depending on where you’ve seen it, that mistake popped up in color printed publications a lot depending on printer ink and camera calibration etc. , and appears a deep orange-red when it’s a nighttime shot so it’s easily mistaken there too. This is based off something my therapist told me a long time ago because I was having bad nightmares around the time TacoBell came out with the Chalupa that had a layer of cheese on the outside of it. I recall checking the nutrition facts and being FLABBERGASTED at the sodium in it. Did it stop me? No. Do I almost always notice nightmares after TacoBell now? Yes.

Golden Gate Bridge actually is orange which makes the first one funnier. It looks red in a lot of pictures because of lighting and how big it is, but it's a shade of orange called "international orange." They painted it this way to make it easier for ships to see in the fog, and also because it matches the area.
