100% Agree with you! A lot of people think very negatively about filler because they see all the people with really unnatural results. Applied in small amounts to specific areas that have lost volume, it can really improve looks and help with aging. And really avoid doing the lips. If the lips look fake then it highlights everything that has been done. It sends a message that there is something fake on the face and then you notice that they have Botox and other things done.

Your videos have been so helpful and informative. I thought I needed lip filler and a rhinoplasty - but after watching your videos, getting chin filler (1mL) and masseter Botox (35 units total) helped rebalance my face without surgical procedures. Filler blindness is so real too. I thought I needed to get more chin filler during my 3 month checkup because I became so used to my new chin after the swelling diminished, I thought it looked like my old one!! My injector showed side-by-side photos from my before, immediate, 2 weeks post-treatment, and 3 months post-treatment and highly suggested we do not add any more filler until our 1 year checkup. Had I not done my due diligence of finding someone reputable who focuses on natural results from your videos, I am so afraid of what I would have looked like. So yes I am a big supporter of dissolvable filler!!

I've had fillers before in pretty much every possible area, but now that my face is aging pretty quickly and I have a lot of volume loss in the lower face more than anywhere else, I don't think fillers are the solution for me. I fear they will just weigh down my face even more and as mentioned in this video, it's a harder area to treat with hyaluronic acid fillers. I've had several Sculptra treatments, but the tricky thing there (at least to me) is that it doesn't induce the same kind of collagen you had in your youth; it creates scar collagen. I'm not sure whether I want to keep creating scar tissue in my face (and inducing inflammation to get there). I recently read an interview with a plastic surgeon who said face lifts on people who've had Sculptra are trickier because of all the scar tissue they have to navigate, increasing the healing time and risk of complications. I still think it's a great product that has really good results and prefer it over hyaluronic acid, but this issue has me on the fence on further treatments. I guess it's only something to keep in mind if you think you might have a face lift later on, otherwise it's still a great non-invasive option.
@NaturalInjector Жыл бұрын
You are gonna wanna check out my next video where I discuss this topic in full detail! I I will tell you the type of collagen Sculptra creates and whether or not you should be worried about it. Also you bring up an interesting point with regard to an inflammatory reaction. I personally don’t see how else you are going to get the skin to creat more collagen without some type of inflammatory response. So my next video is all about Sculptra and scar tissue

But most people couldnt tell i got it done. My dad certainly couldn't. 😂 We did before and after pictures and i got my 'report card' with description of procedure and type of filler. I am overjoyed.

Loved what you said at 9:18 because thats exactly my issue. I’ve had my under eye filler for almost 2 years and my left eye started to swell a bit over the last few months. I got some of it dissolved last Friday and I just never thought about having it re-injected with a fresh new syringe of filler. I really thought that was it for me because fillers must be bad if they cause that swelling to my eyes not knowing this is normal for some people over time and if that’s my case then it’s better just to start over fresh sometimes.

If I were to get a tiny bit of filler in my lips ( half syringe or less ) , would that stretch a pocket inside my lip and cause sagging once it’s gone ? And does it actually eventually dissolve? All these scares about it never dissolving and migration have me terrified. I’m also a sweller. So I worry I’d be the one to have an allergic reaction. Is there a way I can be tested for the allergy before getting filler ? What’s a good part of the face to begin with if you’re scared? I have some small dents in my chin from clenching my teeth and pursing my lips . Maybe that would be a good starting point to try it out first. Thanks for your awesome videos. I’d let you do my lips in a heartbeat ❤
@NaturalInjector Жыл бұрын
No your lips should go back to normal after filler dissolves. It does eventually dissolve it’s after repeat treatments that it can last longer. Your lips could be a good area to try. I’ve never come across someone who was allergic to HA filler. Maybe lidocaine in the filler but not filler. It doesn’t require a skin test. If you have a lot of allergies to things it could mean you’re at a higher rate of getting hypersensitivity reactions from filler so I would avoid having dental work, vaccines, and sickness for 2 weeks before filler. Glad you enjoy the channel! Please share it with a friend you feel could benefit.

@lifebelle5430 Жыл бұрын
being young means means being contoured and having firm and tigh skin strongly connected to the muscle and bones. any type of filler makes only volume on some firmness by the material itself and production of desorganized collagen scar stimulation but it destroys long term, due to inflammation, poor circulation, and poor lymphatic drainage, the SMAS ,ligaments, and hypodermis (fibrous septa+fat) which are very fragile rendering the skin less tight and more detached the muscle and bones, it is getting more loose face with more volume.
@NaturalInjector Жыл бұрын
Again I would love to know where you are getting your information from? This is true that when we are young, our skin is tighter, more firm ,and more adherent to the facial skeleton. Filler does increase volume to the skin via the addition of adding hyaluronic acid to the skin. However, it does not cause scar tissue, unless you are really going overboard like in the lips, and getting injected frequently. Just getting pricked with a needle can cause scar tissue,it doesn’t have to be from filler. Ex: Heroin addicts who inject IV drugs. Filler does not make your skin tissue more lose. Stretching of the skin from excessive weight gain and weight loss can cause loser skin tissue.

Anything can look unnatural if you over do it. You cannot spot everyone who has filler

Lots of great information, but your lips are clear full and you have had filler around your mouth That does not look natural. Maybe a different spokes person would have been more effective.
@NaturalInjector10 ай бұрын
I have NEVER had my lips injected with filler, despite the face that I get comments from ppl all the time accusing me of over-injecting my lips. When you have naturally large full lips, the tissue around it, the perioral area, is also full. Glad you enjoyed the information! Maybe you should check this video out so that you can learn how to tell the difference between naturally full lips vs over-injected lips 👉 kzbin.info/www/bejne/mpCulGyGdtetgq8si=FpJ0h-zAtr7_foND

any type of filler radiesse HA PLLA destroys long term the fragile collagen/elastin architecture comprising the SMAS ,ligaments, and hypodermis (fibrous septa+fat) due to inflammation, poor vascularizqation, and lymphatic drainage. People ends up with sagging skin because these parts are esseential for tightness of the skin. Theoretically filler only in the dermis would be ok but is not possible to prevent migrations in further under layers because fillers set and migrate vertically through layers after some time. the only things which is good is fat transfer or nanofat for stimulation, EGF, stem cells, exosome, PDRN and of course facelift which do not destroys said fragile collagen/elastin architecture. Many surgeons cannot operate a facelift any more after filler because said fragile collagen/elastin architecture cannot be pulled or moved due to its weakness.
@NaturalInjector Жыл бұрын
I would love to know where you are getting your information from? PLLA DOES NOT destroy collagen, it does the opposite, it stimulates collagen. All fillers do not eventually migrate. Also please refer to this video in which Dr. Rajani interviewed 2 double board certified facial plastic surgeons and asked them specifically if they can do facelifts after having fillers, Sculptra and thread lifts. 👉 kzbin.info/www/bejne/fX7LlHiHf76hd9U Furthermore upon speaking with the scientists at Galderma, the makers of Scultpra, their ongoing gene expression studies are showing that Sculptra stimulates elastin as well. Rather than destroying

@@NaturalInjector your lips and your face doesn't move due to filler and Botox. Especially your forehead area. It's not just you , it's society that is lost on what natural beauty is. People have no understanding of what natural is anymore. Especially not in beauty standards.
