I noticed that Aaron looks like he's wearing UPF 50 sleeves or a long sleeve shirt, and a bandana around his neck. I pretty much wear the same thing in the heat and sun. Every time I travel to Thailand the sun dries me out. I just want to know if it actually helps him.

Great video once again! If you don't mind me asking. What are you currently shooting with and what are you using to edit? Your videos are leveling up

I shoot the majority of the footage in 4k 60fps with a GoPro 11. Zoom shots or close-up shots of food are filmed with my phone, which is a Samsung S22 Ultra. I edit with the free version of DaVinci Resolve. Thanks for watching.

In the countries I have visited (Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, and Cambodia), they serve bottled water. I don't know how they source the water to make the ice, but I've never been sick from it.
