Auditing can be an ugly business-point is, the onus is always on the business/employee to remain calm & professional under a bit of pressure from a member of the public and not ho fall into auditor's 'traps'. Clearly this lad failed the 'test'.

@@lightningstrikes7314 I get that but a professional auditor doesn’t go around to wind people up to see if they can get a bad reaction this guy clearly new what type of auditor this guy is probs hence his reaction. He’s clearly seen these audit videos before. I don’t disagree with these audits cause it’s good for entertainment purposes and it does catch people behaving unprofessional aswell, but when a sound guy comes up to u asking if ur an auditor (clearly interested and wanting a conversation) there’s no need to give snarky remarks and be rude. If the auditor went up to him and said what do u do here mate and he says mind your own business stop getting lippy the auditor would definitely have something to say about him.

I use a Powerchair for my MS AY so it might well come from there as I pay for it every month so I get a new one every 3 years which I get a new one end of this year. Top marks to Charlie the supervisor & those were 2 lovely woman also. 👍
